Automatic unpacking machine overview
Nowadays, the national economy is developing rapidly, especially agriculture and industry are achieving qualitative leap. Regardless of agriculture or industry, it is necessary to use a variety of raw materials to produce qualified products. It is well known that common raw material packaging is generally used in woven bags, which were previously used for manual unpacking, especially for large quantities. On the one hand, the large-scale agricultural and industrial development bases cannot keep up with the speed of manual unpacking. On the other hand, it requires a lot of labor. The powder produced by unpacking jeopardizes the health of workers. It is not feasible to rely on manual unpacking.
The automatic unpacking machine is a fully automatic unpacking machine designed by our company based on the accumulated experience of the chemical automatic unpacking industry for many years. The automatic unpacking machine is used for bag unloading and unloading of bagged granular materials. Automatically unpacking and unloading dry powdery materials in the fields of chemical, petroleum, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, food, medicine, food, environmental protection, etc., such as caustic soda, magnesium oxide, utopia, quartz sand, limestone, Sawdust, polyvinyl chloride, urea, clay, gypsum, sewage treatment and other additives can be automatically unpacked and unloaded. It is delivered by a belt conveyor, the knife device automatically breaks the bag, and the automatic bag material is separated and unloaded. The material is separated from the packaging bag by the rotary sieve, and the material is dropped into the hopper, and the material is discharged from the bottom discharging device to complete the unpacking and unloading work. The operation process uses a fully sealed conveying device, which is equipped with a pulse bag filter to enable workers to work in a clean environment without material spillage.
